Rossasked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland if he will list in the Official Report the total number of mentally handicapped persons in Northern Ireland; how many are resident at home and how many are in institutions; in each case how many are under 18 years of age; how many females are over 60 years of age; and how many males are over 65 years of age.
