§ Mr. Shersbyasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what discusisons he has had with the French Government concerning compensation to relatives for the loss of life by British subjects resulting from the midair collision by two Iberia Airlines aircraft during the period when French air traffic control was under military supervision during an industrial dispute in 1973.
§ Mr. JuddAs I explained in reply to a question by my hon. Friend the Member for Crewe (Mrs. Dunwoody) on 11th May, the British Ambassador has taken up the matter personally with the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs. A reply is still awaited.
