As I indicated in reply to a Question by my hon. Friend the Member for Walsall, South (Mr. George) on 8th May, I intend to publish a paper to facilitate further discussion of the important issues raised by proposals for control over private security activities, including the question of relaxing the present rules governing access to criminal records.—[Vol. 949, c. 326.]
