§ Mr. Dunnettasked the Secretary of State for Trade what are his proposals for the consultations which the Prime Minister has indicated will be necessary on the industrial democracy White Paper.
§ Mr. DellThe White Paper set out the main lines of the Government's proposals and indicated certain issues on which decisions remain to be taken in the light of further consultations and representations. The Government intend to press ahead with the introduction of legislation on industrial democracy. I would, therefore, invite all interested parties to put forward their comments on the White Paper as promptly as they conveniently can, and in any event before the end of September of this year.
