§ Mrs. Shirley WilliamsThe implementation of Section 10 is discussed in great detail in the recent report of the Warnock Committee. It has always been my intention, I believe with wide support within the education service, to await the outcome of consultations on the report before deciding what action to take on these provisions. As I foreshadowed on 24th May in reply to my hon. Friend the Member for Stoke-on-Trent, South (Mr. Ashley), preparations for consultations with interested bodies are now in hand.
