§ Mr. HoramIn relation to the possibility of chalk from Bletchworth being used for the construction of the M25, I refer the hon. Member to the answer which I gave to his Question of 3rd May. Restrictions will be placed on the use of roads through Cobham, but the addition of restrictions on the use of roads through Oxshott and Esher would cause severe difficulties elsewhere and would not be in the wider public interest.—[Vol. 949, c. 159–60.]
