§ Mr. John GrantI represented my right hon. Friend at meetings of the Standing Committee on Employment in the EEC on 21st March and 12th May 1978. This Committee is normally attended by Employment Ministers as well as by representatives of unions and employers, and its agenda on these occasions included measures for dealing with unemployment.
