§ Mr. Clinton DavisI have today placed in the Library a further report on secondary sonic booms and the experimental measures being taken to alleviate the problem. These measures will not prevent secondary sonic booms from being heard in the United Kingdom but it is hoped that they will substantially reduce the more disturbing booms. Copies of the report are available from the Vote Office and from my Department.
