Mr. Rossasked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland if, further to his answer to the hon. Member for Londonderry of 18th July 1978, he will break down the sums listed as accruing to Northern Ireland from the EEC under each heading listed and for each year listed into loans for each year and grants for each year.

With the exception of loans from the European Investment Bank, all sums committed to Northern Ireland are in the form of grants.
