§ Mr. Morganasked the Secretary of State for Wales whether he will take steps to improve the facilities and equipment of the Colwyn Bay antenatal clinic in view of their current inadequacy and the inconvenience and cost occasioned by the present necessity of travelling to St. Asaph for antenatal medical treatment.
