§ Miss Margaret JacksonThe content of school records is a matter for local education authorities and practice concerning the recording of criminal convictions of schoolchildren varies. My right hon. Friend will be considering whether there is a need to issue guidance to local authorities on the content of school records when the replies to her request for a review of authorities' record-keeping arrangements have all been received and analysed.
