§ Mr. Clinton DavisIn association with the French, we are proposing to IMCO on 31st July that oil tankers, gas and chemical tankers should report to shore968W stations before they enter any traffic separation scheme in the Channel and Western Approaches. We are also examining what further measures are required for better traffic management in these waters and in the North Sea with a view to submitting further proposals to IMCO.
