Dr. Hampson

asked the Secretary of State for Employment to whom the evaluation report, "TOPS: Some Ideas for Its Future Development" has been sent for comment; and if he will make a copy available in the Library.

I am informed by the Manpower Services Commission that a consultative document entitled "TOPS: Some Ideas for its Future Development" was sent to each of the organisations listed below for comment. A copy of the consultative document has been placed in the Library. I am further informed that comment received in response to this document has been taken into account in the preparation of a report on the future development of TOPS which has been approved by the Commission and which will shortly be sent to me for consideration.
