Mr. Austin Mitchell

asked the Secretary of State for the Environment what plans have been made to provide replacement transport for Ministers in the event of industrial action by drivers of ministerial cars; and if he will arrange for an experimental provision of bicycles to be made available in any such arrangements.

Ministers were advised to make their own arrangements for alternative transport.
