§ Dr. MabonI am unable to identify the report to which the hon. Member refers. Professor Odell is a part-time consultant to the Department of Energy, and I have asked him to report to me on the evolution of Government/oil industry relations in certain countries including Venezuela, which he proposed to visit for other purposes in the course of this year. I hope to receive this report shortly. I shall then consider whether to place a copy in the Library.
