§ 32. Mr. Sainsburyasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs whether he will review progress under Basket II, co-operation in the field of economics, of science and technology and of the environment, of the Conference on Security and Co-operation in Europe in the light of progress under Basket III, co-operation in humanitarian and other fields.
§ Mr. LuardI refer the hon. Gentleman to the reply which my right hon. Friend gave on 18th July to my right hon. Friend the Member for Huyton (Sir H. Wilson). The Government keep progress in all three baskets of the Final Act under review and will not be satisfied until it is implemented in all its provisions.
