§ Mr. DeakinsThe Ambulancemen's Whitley Council, the body responsible for ambulancemen's pay and conditions of service, negotiated a settlement within the 10 per cent. guidelines effective from 1st January 1978. I understand that the 809W Council in the course of its normal business is continuing to examine various aspects of pay and conditions of service.
