§ Mr. Charles R. MorrisThere is a wide range of public appointments for which individual Ministers are responsible. Much information is already given in the directory of paid public appointments, but the collation and maintenance centrally of the information which my hon. Friend suggests is not necessary for my Department's functions, and the cost in money and resources of so doing cannot therefore be justified.
