§ Mr. Dodsworthasked the Secretary of State for Energy if he will publish in the Official Report an analysis of all statutory instruments made by his Department since its creation indicating which were made by an affirmative resolution of the House, which were made subject to a negative resolution procedure and which by other procedures, and, if so, what forms of order.
