Mr. Richard Wainwright

asked the Secretary of State for Social Services (1) how many people in West Yorkshire have suffered from the effects of milk-borne salmonellosis in the years 1973, 1974, 1975, 1976 and 1977; and what percentage this represents of all those consuming untreated milk during the same period;

(2) how many cases of milk-borne salmonellosis have occurred in the region of West Yorkshire in the years 1973, 1974, 1975, 1976 and 1977;

(3) how many people in West Yorkshire have suffered from the effects of milk-borne salmonellosis in the years 1973, 1974, 1975, 1976 and 1977.
