§ Mr. Alec JonesWith my right hon. and learned Friend's agreement the Welsh Development Agency announced on 18th July 1978 a further programme of land reclamation which included a number of schemes for Gwent, Mid-Glamorgan and West Glamorgan. The following information relates to schemes planned for completion by 1981–82:
