§ Mr. HoramThe Hayes-Southall bypass is likely to be included in Greater London council's transport policy and programme 1979–84.
We have recently received representations from the Greater London council and the hon. Member for Hayes and Harlington (Mr. Sandelson) relating to the safeguarding of the route's alignment 525W and to the financial arrangements of the proposal. We have not yet replied to these representations as the matter is still under consideration.
