The relationship between the restrictive trade practices legislation and the industrial strategy, including its application to small firms, is one of the main subjects to be studied in the review of the legislation which my right hon. Friend announced on 10th May. If the hon. Member has any evidence he wishes the review group to consider I shall be pleased to hear from him.
