§ Mr. Gordon Wilsonasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will list incoming firms which have developed in Dundee and Tayside in the last year, classified by place of origin; how many jobs they have created; how they compare in contribution towards employment with locally based firms; and what are the comparative figures for the preceding two years.

In addition two overseas companies already based in Dundee, Levi Strauss International and Timex, have announced expansion plans that should lead to around 250 additional jobs.
