§ Mr. Alfred MorrisI regret that the information requested is not available in relation to the Lothian region. In the whole of Scotland at 31st December 1977, there were 11,790 people receiving attendance allowance at the higher rate and 12,430 receiving it at the lower rate.
§ Mr. Brocklebank-Fowlerasked the Secretary of State for Social Services if he will review current policy which precludes those who otherwise qualify for attendance allowance from receiving payment if they are residents in scheduled accommodation.
