§ Mr. Adleyasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs (1) when he now expects the Bingham Report to be completed; and if he intends to publish the report in full;
(2) if he now expects to be in a position to make a statement on the Bingham Report before the summer adjournment.
