§ Mr. Harry EwingComments from interested bodies are still being received on the third Thomson report. As I indicated in my answer of 28th April 1978 to the hon. Member for Edinburgh, Pentlands (Mr. Rifkind)—[Vol. 948/106, c.721]—my right hon. Friend will reach a decision on the recommendations when these consultations have been completed.
