§ Mr. Guy BarnettThe information in respect of the volumne of current expenditure accepted in the rate support grant settlement is as follows:
statutory special funds are included as expenditure, but expenditure out of statutory special funds is excluded.
† Gross expenditure to be financed from rates, grants, sales, fees and charges and balances. Non-grant income other than sales, fees and charges—which consists substantially of inter-account transfers and recharges—has been subtracted from gross expenditure.
