§ Mr. RowlandsI refer the hon. Member to the reply which I gave to the hon. Member for Tynemouth (Mr. Trotter) on 10th April—[Vol. 947, col.331.] We consider the United Nations Human Rights Commission to be the appropriate forum for consideration of this serious issue.
