§ Mr. Skeetasked the Secretary of State for Energy whether the British National Oil Corporation has complied with the agreement negotiated with National Coal Board (Coal Products) Ltd. covering its former subsidiary, National Coal Board (Exploration) Ltd., to the effect that the Corporation would pay to National Coal Board (Coal Products) Ltd. 75 per cent. of its available profits for the year ended 27th March 1976, and that existing accounting policies would be applied; and, failing compliance, whether he will give the Corporation a specific direction to do so.
