Mr. Grylls

asked the Secretary of State for Scotland when he will publish the accounts for the Scottish Development Agency for the year 1977–78 pursuant to section 13(1) of and paragraph 8 of schedule 2 to the Scottish Development Agency Act 1975.

In accordance with paragraph 8(3) of Schedule 2 to the Scottish Development Agency Act 1975, my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State will transmit the statement of account to the Comptroller and Auditor General as soon as possible, but certainly by 30th November.
