§ Mr. Denis HowellSix sections of Part I and 20 sections of Part II have not yet been implemented. I announced the Government's plans for implementing these sections in reply to my right hon. Friend the Member for Jarrow (Mr. Ferny-hough) on 13th April. I am generally satisfied with the operation of the Act, but I shall be better satisfied when all its provisions are in force. I regret that the information on costs is not readily available.
