§ Mr. HattersleyThe Price Commission's report on the South of Scotland Electricity Board, published on 6th July, contained no statutory recommendations on which I could have based an order. The Government's views on the report's observations are set out in the Press notice issued on 6th July, a copy of which has been placed in the Library of the House. My consideration of this report is now concluded.
