§ Mr. Parryasked the Secretary of State for Social Services if, in view of evidence that cardiac patients have died on Merseyside as a result of inadequate care caused by lack of funds, he will provide a greater share of resources to the Merseyside area health authority to enable it to provide better facilities for such patients.
