§ 20. Mr. Carsonasked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland what will be the total cost of Belmont House, including fitting out and furnishings of the proposed new headquarters, for the Northern Ireland Housing Executive; and when it will be ready for occupation.
§ Mr. CarterThe Government have approved the purchase by the Northern Ireland Housing Executive of Belmont House at a cost of £3,375,000. The executive is at present preparing detailed proposals for fitting out and furnishing the building and it is not yet possible to determine the cost of these proposals nor when the building will be ready for occupation.
