§ Mr. OrmeThe recommendation in this report that two trial groups should be set up has been accepted in principle. Consideration is now being given, in consultation with staff representatives, to the location of the groups and their terms of reference. The groups will be concerned with all users of local offices and not just supplementary benefit claimants.
