Member to my reply to him on 13th June470W 1978—[Vol. 951, c. 821–2.] The Government published a discussion document, "A Happier Old Age", which we hope will form the basis of a public debate about retirement age, amongst other things of concern to the elderly. It would be wrong to form a view about policy without taking account of the response to the discussion document.
