§ Mr. Alfred MorrisAs my hon. Friend will now be aware, the national insurance commissioner held an oral hearing on 4th July, 1978, in connection with Mrs. Broomfield's application for leave to appeal against the decision given on behalf of the Attendance Allowance Board. We are now awaiting his decision.
