§ Mr. Gregor MacKenzieThrough the operation of the arrangements agreed between the Scottish electricity boards for the allocation of generating costs and the agreement for the supply of electricity to the Invergordon smelter, the costs of the Hunterston B outage will be shared between SSEB and NSHEB.
