§ Mr. ArmstrongThe allocation to Halton district council for housing capital expenditure in 1978–79 was £3,710,000. Limits on expenditure by new town development corporations are determined separately. The allocation to Cheshire county council for borrowing approval in the locally determined sector over the same period was £3,084,000.
