How many households in Blindley Heath, Surrey, were individually notified of the proposal to erect an aircraft engine servicing and testing unit in the village, and on what dates.

I understand from Tandridge District Council that over 80 residential occupiers were individually notified on 16th August 1976 of both the proposed development and the local inquiry arrangements.
