The information is as follows:
Eastern Health and Social Services Board 2,523 Northern Health and Social Services Board 1,642 Southern Health and Social Services Board 1,735 Western Health and Social Services Board 1,522 Northern Ireland—Total 7,422 Portable incubators are available throughout the Province for the transfer of ill or premature babies in suitable 322W ambulances to a designated special or intensive care baby unit, and where necessary a doctor or nurse would accompany the baby.
