§ Mr. Arthur Lewisasked the Prime Minister, when he next meets President Carter, if he will discuss the President's decision to change the rules on secret and classified documents to liberalise these and to allow their public examination, in order to ascertain to what extent similar action can be taken in Great Britain in furtherance of his policy of more open government.
§ The Prime MinisterI have no plans to do so, although I follow changes in the practice of the United States with interest.
