§ Mrs. Chalkerasked the Lord President of the Council when a ban on the admission to the Palace of Westminster of blind persons' guide dogs was first initiated; and if he will take steps to reconsider this in special circumstances, where blind persons meeting their parliamentary representatives need the help of their trained animals with them.
