§ 2. Mr. Dykesasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department what action he proposes to take following his meeting with the chairman and representatives of London Transport on 23rd May on the subject of vandalism and violence on London buses and trains.
§ Mr. Merlyn ReesI have already discussed with the Commissioner of Police of the Metropolis a number of the points raised concerned with liaison and assistance between London Transport and the Metropolitan Police.
As to a specific change in the law of offences against the person, this is being considered by the Criminal Law Revision Committee.
