§ Mr.Sillarsasked the Secretary of State for Energy what has been the total interest payments on capital borrowed for the construction of the advanced gas-cooled reactor programme; how many 180W years behind schedule each project is; and if the interest payments in non-productive years were regarded as general costs in generating board accounts, or were placed solely on the nuclear side of the account thus affecting calculations of unit costs of electricity generating by nuclear power.
