§ Mr.John GrantThe chairman and all the members of the Commission, except Mr. E. M. Jukes, were appointed last year to serve until 30th September 1980. Mr. Jukes was appointed to serve for one year only to 30th September 1978 and I will shortly be consulting the Confederation of British Industry about his replacement. I have no plans to change the statutory composition of the Commission as laid down by section 10(2) and (3) of the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974.
