§ Mr. GoldingI am informed by the Manpower Services Commission that the 28 special programmes area boards and 26 MSC area offices which administer the youth opportunities programme have been106W in operation for several months. Considerable numbers of inquiries have been received from potential sponsors since April, many of which have produced opportunities for young people. The area boards have submitted plans, which are now being studied.
