§ Mr. Arthur Lewisasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department why Nicholas Prager, a Czech national who was convicted of offences under the 117W Official Secrets Act while in the RAF, has been allowed to remain in Great Britain.
§ Mr. Merlyn ReesMr. Prager has entered an appeal against deportation to Czechoslovakia, and has been informed that I am prepared to consider a proposal that he should go to another country if it is willing to accept him.
