§ Mr. John GrantI am advised by the Manpower Services Commission that on 11th May 1978, the latest date for which national figures are available, 69,577 registered disabled people or 14.1 per cent. of the total register were unemployed, 105W compared with the general level of unemployment of 5.7 per cent.
